Packages will only be held for 10 days
Your account’s manager will be sending you every Friday a packing list of everything that we receive under your name. You will be responsible to check all tracking numbers and match them with your orders. If it is not on your packing list, we didn’t receive it and you will have to contact your provider.
Our office is located In a shopping center and sometimes such shipping providers can deliver at the wrong office. If your package is not received you must contact AMAZON, UPS, USPS.
All packages without a name will be rejected.
You can, yet we will strictly go by only tracking numbers that were received. Sometimes accounts managers are overloaded with packages and simply don’t have the time to check what you are sending therefore you are responsible to check the packing list. MARANATHA CARGO will not be responsible for packages ordered that are not received, therefore is highly important you check what each account’s manager is sending you of what is being received.
Answer will always be strictly the same 3-4 weeks from the Tuesday it shipped.
As soon as you receive your packing list on Friday everything on that packing list will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Please contact your accounts’ manager strictly during business hours only!

Please keep in mind every account’s manager work diligently and try to strive in every way possible to serve you. Yet, they also have family, spouses, young children etc. Please be considerate of the time difference between MGA and MIA. Many of them can’t silence their phones because of any emergency that may arise with their family members.
Accounts manager will only be responding to TEXTS made between Monday- Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm NO EXCEPTIONS! Any messages after 5:00pm Miami time is off limits.
